Mothers with preeclampsia will experience trophoblast cell abnormalities which result in decreased blood flow to the uteroplacenta so that the placenta will lack nutrition and will result in placental hypoxia and ischemia which results in stunted fetal growth. This study aims to determine the relationship between preeclampsia and LBW (Low Birth Weight) in mothers who give birth at RSD Balung, Jember Regency in 2019.
